We ship our orders through FedEx. When shipping we always make sure to take care of your products. Before any order leaves the shop we check to make sure it is packed safely. Depending on your location, your package may take longer to ship. We do provide the tracking ID to you once your order leaves the shop.
If your order arrives damaged or it not what you wanted you can return it. For rules about returning products check our return policy.
We also offer local pickup for some orders. If you live in the central Wisconsin area you can pick up your order here. In some cases local pickup may not be available due to your order or your location. You can request a local pickup if not available by contacting us. But note that we may still not be able to schedule a local pickup even upon request.
